Asian Sesame Beef Skewers

These Asian Sesame Beef Skewers are made with a super simple, flavourful marinade and grilled to perfection! These skewers are so tender and packed with delicious flavour, they’re sure to be a hit!

The sun is shining, the shorts are out and that means one thing around here- barbecue season is here! I love this time of year where we can sit outside on our patio and enjoy a relaxing meal in our yard.

While I am admittedly not much of a meat-lover (the best part about barbecue season is the sides, in my opinion), I do love a good skewer! There is something about eating food off a stick that is just fun, isn’t it? Maybe its my Greek roots showing through (souvlaki, anyone?) but I really enjoy eating food this way!

This Asian inspired recipe is one of my favourites and I am so pleased to be sharing it with you today! Tender beef is marinated with sesame (oil and seeds), honey, soy sauce, ginger and chili flakes (among a few other ingredients). These flavours really come through to make one spectacular dish!

So let’s get to cooking so we can all enjoy these fun Asian Sesame Beef Skewers!
