Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes

  • 2 zucchinis

  • 1 eggplant

  • 2 lbs asparagus

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon dry oregano

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • Slice up vegetables. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Grill on medium heat until cooked through and soft.
