A light, deliciously green pizza that is packed with flavour! The pesto adds such a great fresh taste to this pizza, you will definitely not be able to stop after 1 slice! We made this pizza with a pre-cooked multi-grain crust, but feel free to use your favourite pizza dough- just adjust the cooking time as needed.
Pea, Prosciutto and Pesto Pizza
1 pre-cooked multigrain pizza crust
1/4 cup pesto
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup peas
3 slices prosciutto
- Preheat oven to 400F. Place pre-cooked pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread 1/2 of the pesto on the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle on peas and prosciutto to cover pizza evenly. Spoon the remaining pesto on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
