Pea, Prosciutto and Pesto Pizza

A light, deliciously green pizza that is packed with flavour! The pesto adds such a great fresh taste to this pizza, you will definitely not be able to stop after 1 slice! We made this pizza with a pre-cooked multi-grain crust, but feel free to use your favourite pizza dough- just adjust the cooking time as needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-cooked multigrain pizza crust

  • 1/4 cup pesto

  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup peas

  • 3 slices prosciutto

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Place pre-cooked pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread 1/2 of the pesto on the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle on peas and prosciutto to cover pizza evenly. Spoon the remaining pesto on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
