Sesame Peanut Noodle Bowl

Fresh veggies and noodles are tossed in a delicious sesame peanut sauce to make a seriously addictive dish! This Sesame Peanut Noodle Bowl comes together in less than 20 minutes! These noodles are great served warm or cold!

  • 250g long noodle pasta (spaghetti, linguine, rice noodles)

  • 1 zucchini, spiralized

  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced or shredded

  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  • juice of half a lime

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (more if you like spice)

  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • lime wedges, for serving


  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, mix sesame oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and sriracha in a bowl to create the sauce.
  • Add spaghetti, carrots, peppers and zucchini in a large pot and add sauce. Add peanuts. Mix on low heat to combine. Serve with additional green onions and sesame seeds for garnish. Serve with lime wedges.
