Easy Crispy Baked Fish Dinner

This easy and delicious Crispy Oven Baked Fish Dinner produces a wonderful fish and vegetable sheet pan meal in just 25 minutes! This method produces baked and breaded fish that is wonderfully crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, without any deep frying!

Ingredients: – Fish fillets – Flour – Seasoning: Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper. – Eggs – Panko breadcrumbs – Olive oil – Dried herbs: dried parsley and dill – Asparagus

Start by patting the fish fillets dry. Season them with salt and black pepper and set aside.

In a shallow dish, mix the flour and Old Bay seasoning. In a separate shallow dish, whisk the eggs. In a third shallow bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, dried parsley, dried dill, and olive oil.

Working with one filet at a time, dip the piece of fish in the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture and finally dredge fish in the bread crumb mixture.

Add the asparagus to the baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake the fish and asparagus in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the asparagus is fork tender.
