Ingredients:
– Pork tenderloin: Other pork cuts that work well for pork souvlaki include pork shoulder
– Seasoning: dried Greek oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
– Olive oil
– Red wine
– Lemon juice
Add marinade ingredients to the large bowl and mix to coat the chunks of meat evenly. Cover and allow to marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
