Easy Puff Pastry Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients: – Butter – Veggies: Onion, carrot, celery, peas.  – Stock (turkey or chicken) – Milk – Turkey – Herbs & Seasoning: thyme, parsley, salt and pepper – Puff pastry – Egg

Start by sauteing the carrots, celery, and onion in butter.

Stir in flour to coat the vegetables.

Add the stock, milk, turkey, peas and seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Transfer the pot pie filling to your baking dish.

Then top it with puff pastry. Press down to seal the edges of the puff pastry to the baking dish.
