– Sweet mini peppers – Ground beef – Taco seasoning – Salsa – Salt and pepper – Cheddar or Monterey jack – Cilantro or green onion

First, scoop out the seeds from sweet mini peppers that have been halved. Place the peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Next, brown the beef in a skillet. Sprinkle the beef with the taco seasoning, salsa, salt and pepper.
