Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies

These melt in your mouth Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies are a fun twist on a Christmas time classic! These allergy-friendly, nut-free cookies are studded with mini chocolate chips and are so easy to make too!

You will need: – Butter – Vegetable shortening  (Crisco) – Flour – Eggs  – Vanilla extract – Brandy (optional) – Icing sugar  – Baking powder and baking soda – Mini chocolate chips

First, cream the butter and vegetable shortening together.

Add the eggs, vanilla and brandy (if using) and mix until incorporated.

Mix in the dry ingredients (flour, icing sugar, baking powder, and baking soda)

Stir in the mini chocolate chips!

Form the cookie balls and press down just a bit.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until they are slightly golden brown.
