Crispy Air Fryer Greek Potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. This delicious and super easy side dish is flavoured with oregano and lemon and is ready in less than 30 minutes!
2tablespoonsolive oilto toss after cooking (optional)
1 tablespoonchopped fresh oregano, parsley or thyme, to garnish
lemon wedges, to garnish
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
In a large bowl, add the potatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper and toss to coat them evenly.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes. Shake the basket and continue cooking for 8 more minutes or until they are golden and fork tender.
Drizzle with more olive oil (optional) and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
