Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb asparagus ends trimmed, washed and patted dry (1 bundle)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan grated
  • squeeze of lemon, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
  • Meanwhile, place trimmed asparagus in a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat them evenly. Season with parmesan, salt and pepper. Transfer asparagus to the preheated air fryer.
  • Cook in air fryer for 7-8 minutes at 400F. Serve as is or with a squeeze of lemon.
