Instructions
Fill a tall glass half way with ice cubes. Set aside.
Place the sugar, instant coffee and water in a jar with a secure lid. Shake the jar by hand for about 1-2 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the contents are frothy. [Alternatively, you can place the sugar, instant coffee and water in the blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds until frothy.]
Pour the frappe into the glass filled with ice. Add as much milk as desired. If not adding milk (or very little), add more cold water to top the glass. Add a straw and enjoy!
