Healthy Dark Chocolate Waffles are my way of having chocolate for breakfast without the guilt! Easy to mix up in one bowl (hooray for easy clean up!) and so yummy sprinkled with powdered sugar, a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh berries!
In a large bowl add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine. Add the eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir to combine everything.
Scoop batter into waffle maker, following your devices recommendations for amount needed and cook according to manufacturers instructions.
