Ingredients
  

  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup bocconcini cheese
  • 1/4 cup Basil Pesto
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water to cool.
  • Place tortellini in bowl and add cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and pesto. Toss to coat everything. Add fresh basil leaves and salt and pepper to taste.
