  • 3 ears corn grilled and kernels cut off
  • 1/2 red pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and toss together. That's it!
