Ingredients
  

  • 1 Watermelon cross-section (circular, the shape of a pizza)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 6-7 mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Using a sharp knife, cut off a slice of watermelon down the middle. It should be about 1 inch thick.
  • In a bowl or in your food processor, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese and honey together until smooth.
  • Drizzle yogurt-cream cheese mix onto the watermelon.
  • Top with fresh fruit, granola and mint leaves.
