This Cherry Tomato Caprese Salad uses cherry tomatoes, Bocconcini cheese and basil to make a bright, healthy salad!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Bocconcini cheese halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 basil leaves for garnish
  • 1 tablespoons balsamic glaze (store bought or homemade)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, toss tomatoes and bocconcini with olive oil to coat evenly and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place tomatoes into serving dish. Add the basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve.
