This Baked Herb Butter Salmon bakes up in foil in the oven resulting in a moist, flavorful meal! Simple, easy and delicious! Best of all, this healthy dinner comes together in less than 30 minutes, start to finish!
Preheat oven 375F. Line a baking sheet with foil big enough to fold over fish.
Place salmon in center of baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
In bowl, mix butter, lemon juice and herbs. Pour over salmon.
Fold the sides of foil over the salmon and seal it. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and open foil. Put back in oven and broil on high until it gets a little colour (about 2 minutes). Keep your eye on it to ensure it doesn't burn.
Remove from oven and serve. Be sure to spoon over the remaining sauce over the fish.
