Place chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour into the bag with chicken thighs. Seal bag and shake or massage the marinade onto chicken to ensure they are all coated. Place in fridge and let marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat grill on medium. Grill chicken until cooked through, flipping as they cook.
