These healthy, gluten-free oat waffles are incredibly easy to make. No need to whisk egg whites separately. Pour everything into a blender and process until smooth.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups oats (be sure to use gluten free oats for a gluten free waffle)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Heat waffle iron on medium heat and pour 1/2 cup of batter into the center of the iron. Close lid and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on your waffle iron.
