Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup pureed pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Stir melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl until combined. Add the egg, pureed pumpkin, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt, stirring to combine.
  • Add the baking soda and flour and combine everything. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  • Roll out the dough into balls (approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough for each ball) and press down slightly to flatten them out just a bit. Then bake for approximately 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
