These roasted Delicata Squash Fries bake up in the oven for a delicious side dish! This recipe is easy to do, healthy and flavourful!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 delicata squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cut squash in half lengthwise and spoon on the seeds. Slice the squash into 1/4 inch wedges and arrange on baking trays.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with onion powder, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until tender, approximately 25 minutes.
