Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn husk and silks removed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter to serve

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Rub softened butter over each ear of corn and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place the corn on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25 minutes until tender, turning halfway through.
  • Once removed from oven, brush with more butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
