Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the flour, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, add the butter, oil, espresso powder, and cocoa powder. Melt the butter and simultaneously whisk together with the other ingredients over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the sugar and stir in. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
In a stand mixer (or mixing bowl with a hand mixer), add the saucepan ingredients. With the mixer running at medium speed, add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time. Slowly add the dry ingredients and stop the mixer as soon as they are incorporated (careful not to over mix).
Pour the batter into the lined baking dish. Cover with the sprinkles (as much as desired). Bake for 23-26 minutes or until the edges are firm and the center is set. Let the brownies cool before slicing.
