Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place 2 spoons of pizza sauce on each pita, leaving a small border along the edges for a crust.
Sprinkle each pita pizza with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add your favourite pizza toppings to each pita or leave them as is for a cheese pizza.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the pita is beginning to turn a nice golden brown on the edges.
Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
