These delicious, low-carb Pizza Stuffed Mini Peppers make an easy snack or appetizer using just 4 ingredients! They're perfect as a keto or after school snack!
1/3cuppizza sauce(use sugar-free sauce if on a keto diet)
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cupmini pepperoni(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Arrange the halved mini peppers onto the baking sheet. Fill each mini pepper with about a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
Top each mini pepper with the shredded cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
