These simple roasted sugar snap peas are wonderfully sweet and crispy! I love a good side dish that comes together quickly and this recipe is done in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sugar snap peas stems and strings removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Wash the sugar snap peas and pat them dry.
  • Toss the sugar snap peas with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper to coat them.
  • Spread out the snap peas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until they reach the desired tenderness.
