The recipe below is for 1 12oz glass of Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee but their is enough pumpkin spice cream to make 4-6.

    Pumpkin Cream

    • 2 cups coffee cream (use milk for a lighter option)
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
    • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

    Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Coffee

    • 1 cup cold brew coffee (8 oz -store bought or homemade))
    • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Cream (4oz)

    Instructions
     

    • In a saucepan, add all of the pumpkin cream ingredients and whisk together until the sugar dissolves, being careful not to bring to a boil.
    • Strain the cream through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
    • To make the coffee, pour cold brew coffee into a glass with ice cubes. Pour 1/3 cup of pumpkin cream (or as much as desired). Enjoy!
