Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Divide mixture into 8 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Gently press down to form them into patties. Place hamburger patties onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
To cook, grill hamburgers until cooked through, flipping to ensure they cook evenly (about 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on the size of your burgers. Check with a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked through). Alternatively, you could fry them in a pan or bake them.
