Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons blueberry simple syrup* (see below for recipe)
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 5 ounces tonic water
  • ice
  • slice of lemon for garnish
  • blueberries for garnish
  • 1 sprig rosemary , for garnish (optional)

Blueberry simple syrup

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add all of the ingredients for the blueberry syrup. Simmer over medium heat for a couple of minutes,until sugar dissolves. Strain and let cool.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of syrup into a cup, add the gin and tonic water and stir to combine. Add ice, fresh blueberries, lemon slice and rosemary for garnish.
