Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 9x9 baking dish with butter or oil. Mix Greek yogurt, milk and cornmeal in a large bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  • Stir the melted butter, egg, and honey to the cornmeal mixture. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake until golden brown for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
