Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 9x9 baking dish with butter or oil. Mix Greek yogurt, milk and cornmeal in a large bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Stir the melted butter, egg, and honey to the cornmeal mixture. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake until golden brown for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
