  • 3 overripe bananas mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Optional Toppings

  • chocolate chips
  • peanut butter (melted and drizzled on top)


  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x9 baking sheet with parchment paper (or grease the pan).
  • Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Pour into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional). Let cool completely before slicing. You can drizzle peanut butter on top before serving if you wish.
