1 Watermelon cross-section (circular, the shape of a pizza) 1/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup raspberries 1/4 cup granola 6-7 mint leaves 1/3 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup cream cheese softened 1 tablespoon honey
Using a sharp knife, cut off a slice of watermelon down the middle. It should be about 1 inch thick.
In a bowl or in your food processor, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese and honey together until smooth.
Drizzle yogurt-cream cheese mix onto the watermelon.
Top with fresh fruit, granola and mint leaves.
