Ingredients
  

  • 230 g soba noodles
  • 1 head radicchio chopped
  • 3 green onions chopped finely
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil soba noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, to make dressing mix tahini, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to a small bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add radicchio, carrots and onions to a large bowl. Add soba noodles and sesame seeds. Pour dressing on top and toss together. Salt and pepper to taste.
