Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups chickpeas (1 can)
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain and rinse your chickpeas and lay them out on a paper towel. Pat them dry (the moisture will prevent them from crisping so its important to dry them)
  • Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt and seasonings in a bowl and then transfer to the parchment lined baking sheet, spreading them out as much as possible.
  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
