Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse your chickpeas and lay them out on a paper towel. Pat them dry (the moisture will prevent them from crisping so its important to dry them)
Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt and seasonings in a bowl and then transfer to the parchment lined baking sheet, spreading them out as much as possible.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
