Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 5 cups lettuce chopped
  • 2 peaches sliced
  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 3 slices prosciutto cut into thirds
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese

Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a jar with a secure lid, add all the ingredients for the balsamic vinaigrette and shake to combine.
  • Add lettuce, peaches, and onion in a large bowl. Toss with vinaigrette and then top with goat cheese and prosciutto.
