Ingredients
  

  • 4 tomatoes sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup cucumber chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup feta crumbled
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into bite sized pieces and slice the onion.
  • Place in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Toss together to ensure salad is well mixed.
