  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 3 kiwi fruits peeled and sliced
  • 2 peaches sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 10 mint leaves (if large, chop mint leaves)


  • Place washed and chopped fruit in a large bowl.
  • Combine honey and orange juice in a jar with a secure lid. Close lid and shake to combine well.
  • Pour dressing over fruit and toss together. Sprinkle with fresh mint.
