This turkey gravy recipe uses pan drippings to make a flavourful gravy. If there are not enough drippings or none at all, you can easily substitute chicken or turkey stock instead!
4 cups pan drippingsrun through a sieve (or chicken or turkey stock)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add flour.
Whisk the butter and flour together to create a roux, stirring for a minute or two.
Slowly add the pan drippings and continue whisking.
Once the gravy thickens, season with salt and pepper to taste.
