4 ears corn husk and silks removed 2 tablespoons butter salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon parsley 1 tablespoon butter to serve
Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Rub softened butter over each ear of corn and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the corn on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25 minutes until tender, turning halfway through.
Once removed from oven, brush with more butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
