Easy Greek Feta Fries

Crispy french fries get an extra tasty boost with the addition of feta cheese, lemon, diced tomatoes, onion and herbs! This Loaded Greek Feta Fries recipe is perfect as a side dish, appetizer, snack, or even a main course!

Ingredients: – Potatoes – Oil – Seasoning: salt and pepper. – Herbs: dried oregano and fresh parsley – Feta cheese – Veggies: Tomato and red onion. – Lemon juice

Start by slicing the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Place the potatoes into a bowl filled with water and let them sit for 1 hour.

Drain the fries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place the fries in a bowl and drizzle them with the olive oil. Season them with salt and pepper.

Transfer them to the preheated air fryer and cook for 13-15 minutes, shaking the basket about half way through. [Instructions for baking or frying the french fries are in the link below.]

Transfer the french fries on a platter and sprinkle them with oregano.

Top the fries with crumbled feta, chopped tomatoes and red onion. Squeeze a little lemon juice on top and serve. Optional: sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
