Crispy french fries get an extra tasty boost with the addition of feta cheese, lemon, diced tomatoes, onion and herbs! This Loaded Greek Feta Fries recipe is perfect as a side dish, appetizer, snack, or even a main course!
Ingredients:
– Potatoes
– Oil
– Seasoning: salt and pepper.
– Herbs: dried oregano and fresh parsley
– Feta cheese
– Veggies: Tomato and red onion.
– Lemon juice

Top the fries with crumbled feta, chopped tomatoes and red onion. Squeeze a little lemon juice on top and serve. Optional: sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
