Easy Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

This healthy Turkey Chili is made in a Slow Cooker for an easy, delicious dinner that is sure to satisfy the whole family! Simple, hearty, and delicious!

You will need: – Olive oil – Onion – Ground turkey – Crushed tomatoes – Black beans or red kidney beans – Chicken broth – Tomato passata – Seasoning: brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, dried oregano, cinnamon, salt and pepper

Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the onion. Saute on medium heat until onions begin to turn translucent.

Add the ground turkey and cook for a few minutes, being sure to break up any large pieces.

Place the remaining ingredients in the bowl of a slow cooker. Add the sauteed turkey and onions and mix it all together.

Place the slow cooker lid on and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Ladle into bowls and begin to top them with your favourite chili toppings!
