Homemade Baked Chicken Strips

These healthy, homemade baked chicken strips make a healthy, delicious dinner the whole family will love!

Ingredients: – Chicken breast or chicken cutlets – Milk – Lemon juice – Flour – Panko crumbs – Seasoning: salt, paprika, pepper – Oil

Place chicken strips in a bowl with milk and lemon juice. Cover with plastic food wrap and marinade in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Mix the flour, panko crumbs, salt, paprika and pepper in a large ziploc bag.

Dip the chicken strips in the breading one at a time.

Arrange the chicken strips on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Drizzle with oil and then bake until golden brown and cooked thoroughly, flipping halfway through.
