1 1/4cupsflourall purpose, whole wheat pastry flour or a combination of both

1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
3/4cupchocolate chipsdivided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it generously.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
Then add the butter, eggs, vanilla extract and sugars, mixing them together until well combined.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and mix until combined.
Once batter is mixed, fold in 1/2 a cup of chocolate chips.
Transfer to the loaf pan and top with the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a cooling rack.
