200gfresh mozzarella cheese sliced or 2 cups shredded mozzarella
fresh basil, to serve
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil the gnocchi according to package directions.
Add half the tomato sauce to the baking dish. Add the gnocchi and sprinkle with the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Add the remaining sauce over it all.
Top with the sliced mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for approximately 12-14 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
