Mix the dry seasonings and rub them all over the pork shoulder. Place the apple cider vinegar, water and ketchup in the bottom of the slow cooker and stir them together. Place the pork shoulder on top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove pork and shred it, discarding any fatty pieces. Add the pork back into the slow cooker and mix well with the sauce.
Serve on a bun with coleslaw to complete your meal
