Ingredients
  

  • 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • Hot Sauce, adjust to personal taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel sweet potatoes and cut into wedges. Place in a bowl and add the olive oil and spices. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, honey mustard and hot sauce to create sauce.
