How to make Sweet Potato Wedges

These wedges are super easy to do and don’t require much time at all! To start, you will need:

  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

To start, I preheat oven to 450F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then I peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into wedges. I place them in a bowl and add the olive oil and spices. Then I toss them to coat them evenly.

Once arranged on the baking sheet, they bake for 25-30 minutes. I flip them halfway through the cooking process.

That’s it! In half an hour you have delicious sweet potato fries!

How to make Spicy Honey Mustard Dip

To make the spicy honey mustard, I used:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • Hot Sauce, adjust to personal taste

In a small bowl, I mix mayonnaise, honey mustard and hot sauce to create sauce. Voila!

If you don’t have honey mustard on hand, you can use dijon mustard and honey to create your own. Feel free to adjust the amount of honey to suit your tastes!

I hope you enjoy these wedges as much as I do!

Bon appetit!
