This deliciously creamy Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Pasta dish uses a sundried tomato sauce that is bursting with flavour! Served over whole wheat pasta, this dish makes for a great weeknight dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
  • salt and pepper
  • basil, sliced thinly

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add flour and stir to create a roux. Add the milk and continue stirring until it begins to thicken. Stir in the sundried tomato pesto.
  • Drain pasta and add into the pot. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with basil.
