  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup +2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup blueberries
